I also know that you bought this product because you need it and you are ready for some relief. I am happy to say that it is on the way. I struggled for many years with eczema and tried everything under the sun from prescription creams and steroids to over-the-counter medicine but nothing worked or worked for a long time. I heard about Shea Butter and decided to try it. It was so hard when I bought it and very difficult to use daily so I decided to find ways to make it softer and easier to use. I tried several different methods and recipes over the years and feel confident with what I use right now. I feel I need to give you some tips on how to use the Skin Miracles Shea Butter. I am excited about your skin healing and getting better.

Quick Tips to Remember for the Most Effective Results:

1)If you have hand eczema or irritated, inflamed, or cracked, dry hands, DON’T use soaps with fragrances. Wash hands without soap if you do not have available fragrance-free soaps. Most soaps contain harsh chemicals that are not kind to your skin.
2)After taking your shower/bath, put on your Skin Miracles Shea Butter on immediately so the moisture can stay in your skin. This can be used on your face and all over your body. It will help clear acne and tone your skin.
3)If you have foot eczema, I strongly recommend you soak your feet for about 15 – 30 minutes in some hot water (as warm as you can stand it until the water cools down). Use Epsom salt along with the Flo ’Shea Butter Foot Soak. After about 20 minutes of soaking, scrub your feet using pumice stone and cut your nails if necessary.
4) After soaking, then use our Flo’Shea Butter Foot Scrub and massage into your feet, heels, and legs. Rinse and wipe your feet off and apply the Skin Miracles Shea Butter and put your socks on. Relax and enjoy during this process. You can soak weekly if your feet are in a terrible and painful condition.
5)If you have foot eczema, put on the Skin Miracles, and then put socks on right way. This will give the butter time to absorb into your feet and keep your feet moisturized. You do not have to keep the socks on all day, but keep them on for at least 15-30 minutes just to allow your skin to absorb the oils.
6)Hair Care – if your hair is thinning or splitting, this product works great on hair. You can use it while your hair is wet to lock in that moisture and you can also use it on dry hair or on your scalp. It will help your hair stay hydrated and help it to grow healthier.
